Design and Engineering

If you have a project that you are working on and you need a reliable manufacturing source, O.E.M. can help. We have the shop with the machines to build your project to your satisfaction. We can do the machining and/or assembly, as well as the welding that your project might require. Also we have the engineering and design capabilities to design almost any project.
First we design and draw up 2d drawings; we then produce 3d drawings that look just like your part or machine. You can then look at the drawings and if needed, you can guide us in refining the product until you get the product the exact way that you want it. We've worked this way many times completing many projects, from very small to very large million dollar machines.


CNC Machining Capacity:

If you have parts that are repetitive and need to be produced productively, then we can do you work on our CNC machined. Or maybe your part is to complex to manufacture consistently by a manual machine? We can write the CNC Program and produce these parts for you consistently on a CNC machine. We have a large CNC Double Turret Lathe; this lathe can handle your bigger parts. It has a 50hp Motor, this size CNC lather is very broad in what it can do and the parts it can handle. We also have two CNC Mills, one for large quantity production parts; this machine has 6 pallets, it can handle thousands of parts very productively. Also, the other large CNC Mill can handle your large parts that must have controlled machining; like small and large gear boxes, transmissions or large sprocket patters.

Manual Machine Shop Capacity:

We also have a very large Machine Shop to machine those small and large parts for you. One of our lathes will turn 36 inch diameter shafts up to 28 feet long. We could thread this shaft or cut a taper onto the shaft or any machine function. We have a very large Boring Mill; with this machine we can machine your large earth moving machines, or your drilling rigs as well as your plant equipment. We have a Turret Lathe that would allow us to work on your very long parts. We also have a couple of large saws these allow us to cut your bigger parts. We have Jib Cranes to load machines, making us able to work very productively for you.

Welding and Manufacturing:

We have a very large CNC Flame and Plasma cutting table that is capable of cutting any shaped part from steel plate up to 9 feet wide and 25 feet long. Basically, this will cover parts to repair or manufacture about any industrial machine in use today. We also have Mig Welders both manual and robotic controlled to allow us to put your project together. Our welders have the experience to build anything mechanical used today. We can line bore any machine or part, no matter how large or small. Putting the moving parts in line with each other, this will make your machine smooth and restore to new condition. We have a huge financial investment in the most modern line boring equipment available today.
